Republic Construction is proud to announce that we have been awarded the addition and remodeling contract for the Town of Gulf Stream, Florida Town Hall. The project consists of approximately 900 sqft addition and interior remodeling of the existing Town Hall building. The Town of Gulf Stream needed additional office and meeting space.
The project will include de-mucking of existing unsuitable soils, attaching helical piers to the existing foundation and excavation up to approximately 6 ft. below grade to remove unsuitable soils. Sheet pilings will be placed to hold back the existing foundation soils. once the site work is complete a traditional concrete and masonry structure will be constructed.
The project team includes Republic Construction and the Architect Bridges, Marsh and Associates. Bridges, Marsh and Associates is an award winning Architectural firm located in Palm Beach, Florida whose principles include Digby Bridges and Mark Marsh.
